I have a Kurio 7s, it’s not blue but green/black. I don’t know if that makes any difference.

Anyway, once it’s charged up it will only load as far as a screen with a character of a TV screen with shifty eyes. It won’t then power down until the battery is flat.

I’ve tried the rest button. is it possible t reinstall the operating system with it in this condition?

So my son has a Kurio xtreme and everything was fine. One day he accidentally drop it and the screen crack and the power went out..this is the only time it's been dropped.. What can I do instead of buying a new one and losing more money?

When switching on my Kurio 7 (Green Rubber Sleeve), the unit cycle through the start up continuously (rotating power-up icon continuous). but does not turn on.

Is this home repairable, or must it be returned for service.

My kurio touch 4s won't work I have tried everything like getting a new charger, cleaning Out the slot where the charger plugs in, and resetting it different ways. What else can I do to get my kurio touch 4s won't working?

accidently plug in the wrong charger. no longer than 2 sec.

it got very hot , stayed hot at that one spot 30 min.

i took back off did not see any burned wires etc.

but now it wont start , charge, and pc does not see it

is it toast?

I cannot connect to the Kurio store via the app on my daughter's Kurio. Other apps connect fine to wireless including Google Play. But Kurio store says ‘No internet connection'. It's puzzling me!
