Korg B1: Korg B1 - specific notes don't work, problem with circuitry

Aloha all, I just purchased a Korg B1 digital piano with known issues. The keyboard sounds great but has specific notes that don’t work. Starting from the E after middle C, all Es, Cs and G#s don’t work.

Luckily, I found another ifixit post, the only place on the internet it seems, where someone understood why specific notes wouldn’t be working. Here is the link: ++"E" key and 3rd black key is not working.

I understand very little about circuit boards, but I was able to identify the problem immediately. C, E and G# receive and give inputs along the same path. There is an issue with the soldering on one of the *things* at the first E key, where the problem starts. See the images for this issue.

So, one of my problems is that I don’t know anything about circuits or circuitry terminology, so I can’t even describe this issue, much less start to fix it.

Can anyone help me at least put a name to this, so I can start to go about fixing it? It seems like a basic circuitry issue that wouldn’t be hard to fix, but I don’t know where to start. Any help is appreciated.

Korg B1: Problem with circuit board

Hello everyone,

My C2 is not working anymore. I opened it up and I think the soldering joint is corroded. I am not an expert. I have never worked with circuit boards so I am not sure if that's the case. I attach pictures of it. If it is the soldering joints. How hard would it be to fix it myself?

Korg B1: 3 dead keys throughout keyboard

I’ve had my keyboard for about 4 years now with no issues. Until that is, one day I went to turn it on and I noticed 3 keys (D, F#, and A#) were dead. The keys in the lower octaves are fine, but around the middle range is where the dead keys start. (Not sure of exact terminology lol). I opened up my keyboard to look at the circuit board and noticed some corrosion. I cleaned some off but no luck. I’ve attached an image. Those 3 keys stop working to the right of that spot, all down the board. I don’t know if this is what is causing it or if this is fixable.

Korg B1: Speaker damaged, want to fix it, need service manual or some more info

Hello! So I noticed a damaged speaker on my B1 digital piano, and I would like to try to fix it myself. I've been looking for the Service Manual of the B1 piano, but can't seem to find one, and I'm not sure this one is leggit: https://www.partsisparts.net/catalog/kor... (not going to pay for it if I'm not sure its not a scam)

Can anyone help me with finding the service manual for the B1 piano, so I can safely open the keyboard without damaging anything? TIA
