I have a very strange problem on my e-reader Kobo Aura one, the micro USB port for charging works quite correctly, the problem is that when I connect the kobo to a computer and therefore there should be a connection between the two devices, this does not happen, I tried to connect the kobo with new and working cables, on five different computers, they do not connect, only the charging works, if someone wanted to help me I would be grateful, I am a neophyte in the repair of electronic devices, so, please, if someone wanted to help me it should be as clear as possible.
