It looked like there was a missing lead, but I'm not sure if there is supposed to be another wire, so I'm not sure. Anyone have ideas of fixes? If anyone asks me to do so, I will take pictures of the wiring.

My only problem is I don’t know where to properly put the wires on the new jack. Does anyone have a diagram showing the proper places to put the wires? The colors are red, green, red with copper and white with copper.
