My Kindle Fire screen wont come on at all. I here sounds when I hit the power button or adjust the volume and plug and unplug. What could be the problem. LCD?

I dropped my Kindle, and it won't turn off or turn on unless the auto-wake case is on it. Other then that it works perfectly fine. How do I fix this?

Kindle Fire HD 2013: Kindle Fire Wireless Charger Option?

I have a Kindle Fire HD. I'm currently on my second one as the first one had the typical charging port issue. So, Amazon sent me a new one because I still had a warranty. Low and behold a year and 3 days later, the replacement has the same issue and of course they won't replace it now, but offer me lovely options of ordering a new one. . .

Because I like to slam my hand in the same drawer three times lol.

Okay, so what am I posting about today?

I want to keep the Kindle Fire that is currently a glorified paperweight and somehow install a wireless charging mat so that I can charge it on a charging pad that requires no cord. This sidesteps the whole "replace the charging port" idea. . because frankly I don't have any of the tools needed and I seriously doubt it would end with the Kindle working if I tried to diy it.

Any tips or suggestions? I've been looking on this site and on Youtube for a video or something and am not having much luck. Tips, a how-to guide or any advice would be awesome.

So my kindle fire powered off. I have charged it. I can tell its on because the kindle makes a chime when turning the volume up or down. THe kindle shows nothing, it looks like its off.

I have a 2013 Kindle Fire HD 7" with a damaged USB/Charging port. It seems one of the five connection "teeth" inside the port was broken when the USB cable was forced into it upside down accidentally. I can't solder a new port into place myself. Can you replace it, and how much would you charge?

I've search everywhere. All replacement glass shows a camera hole. I don't know if its the same since there appears to be a difference in the parts/layout between the 7" Kindle Fire HD and the 7" Kindle Fire HD 2013.

Kindle Fire HD 2013: LCD not working after digitizer replacement

I changed the cracked digitizer on a kindle fire hd. Afterwards it won't "power on". I checked with multimeter and it's getting power to the battery. I plugged it into a desktop and the desktop recognized that the device was plugged in. When I press the power button the screen stays blank. I've checked the connections and the LCD is plugged into the mother board. Any other ideas?

I'm certain my youngest son has changed the settings on a kindle. It was Woking fine until he got hold of it.

I have tried to reboot it but not getting any menu up

I've also charged it via wall and pc.

I can't drag the top bar down to get to settings. This has happened before and I double tapped the menu bar and it opened .

Is my theory right or is it a fault with the kindle
