Kindle Fire HD: How can I get a wire head phone jack out of my fire tablet

I had a pair of wired headphones and I had the jack suck an do forgot so I decided that my new head phones can go in but when I tried it pushed the jack in further and I can not find a place to get it out

Also now I cannot hear anything

I've had my Kindle Fire HD for 3 years now. 2 weeks ago while it was charging, the screen distorted and then went to white, black and blue bars. I replaced the screen using instructions on this website. The new screen is working perfect. But now, when I play any games or listen to music, it starts to overheat, like a lot! I opened it up and found that heat was coming from where the processor is, under the copper foil. Is there anyway to fix this or is my device just done?

I walked in one day and my kindle fire hd refused to turn on. I've made a visual inspection of the motherboard and battery nothing seems out of sorts. Is there a way to tell if the battery itself is the problem or if there is something else i can try. I am not terribly concerned about the fire itself, there is a good amount of data on the harddrive that i need to get off. I'd love to get the fire working again but the data is more important. Is there anyway that i can get the data out? or tell if the battery is working so that I don't waste my money trying to fix it.

I dropped my kindle and the glass is cracked, i am still able to play games on it, i use one of the screen saver plastic strip, I would like to replace the glass, I saw that it might be a digitizer to replace instead, Can you tell me what I can do? And where I can get it done, or instructions how to fix it myself?

Have had my Kindle Fire hd for about one week. All of a sudden, things wouldn't open unless I tap twice on them, but most of the time, even that doesn't work. It's pretty useless to me know because it's so frustrating. I had a kindle fire, and recently upgraded because I loved my kindle fire. I'm very disappointed that I have had it approx. one week and I can't use it. I've tried everything and nothing works.

Kindle Fire HD: Connects to router, displays IP but says not connected to Internet?

My Kindle Fire HD has been working for almost 2 years.

Suddenly in the last week I cannot connect to the internet.

The tablet connects to the router and displays and excellent signal and an IP address is visible.

However, when attempting to use Silk Browser or go the Appstore it says. "No internet connection".

Kindle Customer Service was no help. They said, "buy a new one".

I only had my Kindle Fire HD for a matter of months before the keyboard stopped popping up. I click into a Search Bar (or something else that requires me to type) and... nothing. This obviously limits its function, so now it's pretty much just a dust collector. Any suggestions?

Whenever I turn on my Kindle Fire HD Tablet, it just starts to randomly touch the screen. I didn't even touch the screen, and it's just doing it by itself. It just starts opening up random apps, and the keyboard does the same. It just randomly clicks keys on the keyboard.

I went through the reset process and the startup screens came on, but when the next screen came up, the screen faded. You can see that the items are there on the screen but they are too faint to read

one day my kindle screen decided not to work. It didn’t take any water damage or fall damage, it works but not the screen i tried hold the power button and charger it at the same time but every time i do that the back gets really hot, so i gave up.

My kindle fire HD has been through alot. It has dropped in numerous amounts of puddles, It has been dropped on hard wood floor, tile, and concrete. But one day, it just wouldnt charge. Basically,

Kindle shut off. became unresponsive. If i plug it in it gets to the 'kindle fire' screen then turns off after 4 seconds. Ive tried all resets to no prevail. I decided I would pry off the back and check nothing was loose in the motherboard, after blowing the dust out and pushing everything down the kindle rebooted and started! I replaced the back and then tried to turn it on again..same problem as before, unresponsive! guess my question is, which part of the motherboard is causing this problem?! as i know its something loose as it restarted before! please help! thanks :)
