I have a kindle tablet.

When I plug it in to a wall outlet, it shows a battery with one bar briefly then it fades away and no matter how long I keep it plugged I dont see any improvement.

When I plug in into a windows PC I get the connected sound then disconnected sound, again I see a battery with on bar show up briefly then nothing.

When its not plugged in, I test the voltage of the battery and I get 3.2v

Im thinking the port is broken.

What do you think?

The Tap fell in water and it was dried up but the screen didn’t clear off

Now the screen display divided into 2 parts

One part is partially showing while the other part is blank

And the torch is not responding

I used to use a Amazon Fire 7 Tablet and found it a couple of times but whenever I charge it like yesterday, I charged it for a whole day but still nothing happens even when I hold the power button or both of the Volume buttons. i also wanna try to get my stuff back also. I am ready to recycle this, the screen does whatever it wants and I can't delete anything or get back to factory defaults. If I open it, what item do I need to remove before recycling? I don't want to beat it with a hammer, I have long loved the hours we spent together.

The two delicate flex cables that connect the display assembly to the motherboard came off the connection ports while I was replacing the battery. The ends do not look broken. What is the best way to reattach them? do I have to remove the battery cover?

My table is 100% charged yet it sporadically shuts down while I'm watching a show. At first i thought it was the apps so I force stopped them and then my charge went down to 1%. The next day when I opened my tablet it was up to 79% charged even though I didn't charge it overnight! Usually I have to hold the power button to off for 40 seconds then let it rest for 5 seconds then turn it on again. I've been doing this for the past year but am getting tired of it. Any suggestions?

I have a great condition Kindle Fire HD 10 - 9th gen (Kids edition) that was working until the USB cord/jack got stressed/broken. Anyone have a recommendation for a replacement parts/jack/board kit for this model?

Also have a Kindle Fire HD 8 - 10th Gen (Kids Edition) in need of a screen replacement if anyone has a lead on these.

Amazon Fire 9th Generation: LCD touchscreen not working

I recently replaced my Amazon M2V3R5 Kindle Fire HD 10 2019 9th Generation LCD touchscreen that was shattered. I was careful removing and installing the new touchscreen. I’ve replaced the black Antenna coax wire due to I accidentally broke off the end connector and replaced the battery due to it was sitting uncharged for a while. I double checked all my connections and before I reinstalled the back cover, wanted to make sure it turns on and works. But all that happens is the screen lights up and it makes the turn on sound but no actual display on the screen. I’ve even did the 40 second hold down hard reset and nothing- still the same situation. If anyone has any experience with working on these devices. I’m asking for help and suggestions on what I can check. My next step was going to try replacing the MB/LCM flex cable which no one seems to have in stock right now. I’m hoping to get an answer from someone who’s pretty handy and knowledgeable about these devices on what I can check. I know these devices don’t cost much but before it broke I have important documents and photos I’m trying to retrieve off the device. Any help would be appreciated.
