Kindle 11: device not charging properly (charging port wet notice)

i dont remember it being water damaged in any way
but it has stopped charging properly
whenever i connect the charger a notification pops up
charging port wet and will continue to charge after dry

charges to around 40%

when battery is empty and device is off

Kindle 11: Touch Screen doesn't work

My kindle touch doesn't work, I already tried to update my kindle connected to a computer, forced an update and no results - I also tried to force reboot, but the problem still remains.

Kindle 11: Backlight lit but no ink displayed

Hi all, I have a kindle 11th gen here and the backlight is working and the power button and led is responsive, however the screen light up with no text.

Any help?

Hi,

My dog chewed on the side of my kindle and the black plastic on it is now partially gone in the corner. The kindle still works perfectly but the metal is exposed where it’s been bitten. I reached out to Amazon but alas the warranty has expired and they have no other solution for me. Anyone any ideas where I could get a new plastic cover?
