Keurig K10 MINI PLUS: Plain water dispensed before coffee comes out

Brand New Keurig coffee maker. After putting k-cup in, and when the machine begins to pour, clear water comes out for a few seconds before the actual coffee comes out.

Is this normal? Seems like the machine would be making weaker coffee this way.

Keurig K10 MINI PLUS: Water Pump Problem or Blockage?

No flow of water - it heats the water and makes noise like it's attempting to pump the water, but nothing comes out. I partially disassembled, there no blockage at in the first 6 inches of the clear tube, or in the nozzle. When I blow into the tube, I am unable to move any air through the tube - seems like a blockage at the end of the tube near the water reservoir...I can't figure out how to get to the reservoir, though.

Keurig K10 MINI PLUS: Keurig water pump stops in just a few seconds

My Keurig is a K-Mini, not exactly like this one but very similar. It will make one cup usually and if you try to make a second cup it will only pump just a little bit of water and then the pump stops. If you open the K-cup lid and close it again, then push the button it will pumpe for a second or two and stop. Repeat this process enough times it will finally get enough water in it to start heating up.

My question is why does the pump stop after only a few seconds?
