Keurig B77: After brew cycle the pod has a significant amount of water remaining

After the brew cycle the system does not clear the remaing liquid from the coffee pod. The result is that the next time the system starts the warm up process the remaing liquid drains out onto the counter top. My other units have what sounds like air pressure blowing thru to clear the pod. Is there something i can do?

Keurig B77: Unable to close lid now

I am unable to close the lid on my keurig. Here's what happened- I haven't used it in about a year because of moving. So I am finally in a place where I can unpack and started with the keurig. I wanted to insert a k cup to insure it still works properly and it would not open all the way. I discovered it wasn't going through the tracks so I gave it some force which in retrospect I probably shouldn't have. Now it is stuck open and I have to hold it down to make coffee. Is there a way to fix this issue I caused?

Keurig B77: How do you remove the front cover of a Keurig B77?

I have a Keurig B77 and recently when I hit brew, it flooded the counter with water. After removing the base and searching with a flashlight, I found the culprit: one of two water hoses became disconnected. I've removed the top, back panel, and base obviously. But the hoses are located just behind the front panel. I can barely fit my hand in there with the cover on. How do you remove the front panel?
