My B70 shows only AUTO OFF SET in the LCD screen and when it is depressed, the screen shows normal ready-to-brew text but hitting the brew button turns the machine off. Hit menu button, it turns back on. Hit another button, it turns off. At a loss as to how to address/troubleshoot.

Keurig B70 had been stored for over a year. Always used filtered water. Now when trying to start it up it makes its usual sound for around a minute, then blue light under reservoir starts flashing and LCD panel reads PRIME. Also, water is not being drawn from the reservoir. If it needs to be descaled how can I do this?
