I was cleaning my K400 this morning and pulled out the pod holder and the tray below that. This part was in the tray (pen shown for scale). I would guess it goes over one of the needles? Which way is up?

Keurig 2.0-400: Piece of rubber hanging down from needle

My Keurig 2.0 is working but there is this little rubber piece that is hanging off from the top. It is a straight piece that then ends in a little rubber circe. The circle is broken.

My daughter is planning on taking it to college with her in September and I was wondering if I can fix this little piece some how.

Keurig 2.0-400: Power button or touch screen unresponsive

I was resetting my keurig because it started that fun thing where it likes to preheat water continuously. When I plugged it in, the screen turns on and the little power button in the lower right side is there, BUT it will not turn on. I have taken it apart and checked everything making sure connections are good and I don’t see anything wrong. Please help!!

Keurig 2.0-400: No Blow Out At End of Brew Cycle

Unit brews fine, dispenses the proper amount of water, however at the end of the brew cycle it is no longer “blowing out” the pod leaving me with pods full of coffee. Is there a fix for this?

I took all 3 pieces out that include pod holder and tray out to clean. This small round piece with hole in middle fell out and I cannot figure out where it goes.! My. serial number is 501.3400.0721517 unit is the K 575 programmable Platinum with strength control Purchased in Jan 2019

I occasionally get a warning screen stating the brewing cycle has been interrupted. I ran a descaling cycle, needle maintenance and replaced the filter. It worked for a while, but I’m getting the warning again.

I had to replace the pod holder but now it won’t brew carafes. The display screen won’t give me that option. It worked perfectly before the first pod holder broke. What changed? I’m trying to do a reset now…again. didn’t help before.

As you know these wonderful devices only work with 110v but doesn't support 220volt,

I was wondering if there is a way through disassembly to convert it to 220v by default without using a transformer.
