Kenwood DNX571HD: Head unit will not power up.

I have a Kenwood DNX570HD that has been working fine and just stopped working. It will not power up. The red triangle is off when I start my truck however if I push that button it will light up but then goes back out after about 5 minutes.

I bought this head unit on an online auction site that shall not be named; it's immaterial. I got a good deal on it because the eject function is a bit dodgy. Sometimes it will spit it out all the way, sometimes halfway, sometimes I have to cycle it several times for it to do anything. The eject motor is running when I do it, it just seems as if it's not getting traction on the disc. Can anyone help me out here?

It's not limited to only one disc, and sometimes it will spit one particular disc out, and sometimes the same disc will get stuck, as it were.

I have a kenwood and the little red light on the left lights up so I’m pretty sure it has power but the display is completely black. I don’t know what to do? Yes I’ve tried resetting it.

Kenwood Car Audio: Powers on as normal but with no sound.

Everything works - the touch screen, bluetooth, etc. Except there is no sound - no audio, no beeps no music.

I've tried reseting via screen options and the small paper clip method.

I've also tested my car speakers by installing a different car stereo and the speakers work fine.

Any clues?

Could it be a blown amp in the unit?

I recently purchased the Kenwood KMM-BT325 bluetooth media player for my car audio system. When I first got it installed I just ran it on the internal speakers that were already in my car. Later on I purchased a Memphis Audio Amp with 600 watt PEAK and a good sub. After I got it installed I was so happy with everything. It sounded amazing and it was not to much so I did not attract unnecessary attention. Well about 2 months later when I turned my car on my amp would not kick on I would have to turn it up really loud to get it to start hitting then turn it down. Then I noticed the actual radio would turn off and back on sometimes when I push the next song button. Then everything went out except the radio and the 2 front speakers. So i was looking at the wiring and everything cuz i thought it might be my amp but when i looked at it while my car was on and the amp's light was on so it is for sure getting power but the sound from the sub and back speakers is not playing at all.

A simple installation in a 1995 jeep wrangler. Kenwood KMR-D562BT. The radio runs perfectly with ignition in "Accessory" position. It also works perfectly in the "ignition ON position. But 2-3 minutes after I start the engine I get MISWIRING CHECK WIRING THEN POWER ON. I have tried "reset" I have checked to no avail to see what is the difference in power in or out between ignition ON and engine running. Nope. I cleaned all the little wires running to the circuit board. Nope Mysterious.
