It will fill with water but won't spin or drain on its own. I can drain it if I put the hose on the ground, but not if it's in its usual spot.

Kenmore Elite HE3 Washing Machine: Loud knocking sound in spin cycle?

Hi, I'm trying to figure out this loud knocking sound that happens when my Kenmore elite goes in to any spin cycle. It's even worse when it's in the high speed spin.

I've pulled off the back of the machine inspected the motor belt and pulley. It all looks fine. I also made sure that its level. But it still makes the noise. Any info will help.

Recently, I noticed that my washer will slowly fill with water when not in use. The problem seems to be intermittent, and I think it could be mineral buildup in the supply valve. Any suggestions would help.

Kenmore Direct Drive Washing Machine: 70 Series top loader agitates but will not drain or spin?

Washing machine fills agitates then stops will not drain or spin. If I place the hose in floor drain it does drain but still no spin. This is not a belt driven machine any assistance is appreciated.

Kenmore Elite HE3 Washing Machine: F02 Error Code HE3 Elite Washer

The washer displayed the SUD error message, so I left it alone and eventually the message went away and was replaced with error code F02. After research, I found that this error code is due to not draining. I have done all the suggested things to make sure that drain is not plugged up or kinked etc. I cannot find any "clean out" on my model washer. The drum spins freely if I turn it by hand. Is there anything else I can try to get the washer running again? Do I have to get a service technician to come out and look at it?

Kenmore Elite HE3 Washing Machine: Wash load still wet-washer not draining and spinning properly.

The door to the washer was unlocked, but the load was still dripping wet. I hit the drain/spin button to spin it out again, but I got the Sud error code. I couldn't get it to clear until I unplugged the machine and plugged it back in. I tried the drain/spin button again and when the spin light came on, all that it did was fill with a little water (I could see it through the window) and make a noise. It did not spin.

Machine vibrates excessively when in spin cycle either with or without clothes in washer. Already checked adjustments of feet on bottom of washer and they are in correct adjustment and locknuts are tight.What will cause machine to vibrate excessively in spin cycle and clothes are in balance?

Washer was working great until we moved, and now ever since then it makes that noise when it is in the agitates? We did not lay it on it's side, we used a dolly to move it to it's new location. I've never had a problem with my six year old Kenmore HE3 until recently. A few weeks ago code FDL kept showing up and my cycle would not complete. I ordered a door lock online for this model, replaced it, and my problem went away. (At least I thought it did.) After about 6 loads of wash, code F11 now shows. What could be wrong with my machine?
