Kenmore Elite dryer: Kenmore Dryer POWERS OFF mid-cycle on timer and moisture settings

I have a kenmore dryer model 592-89032 serial number JK445BBC200121M. It's approximately 10 years old. It has started shutting down/powering off mid-cycle. By power off I mean it's as if someone unplugged it— no lights, chimes, or 'END' notification. The amount of time the cycle runs for varies (between 10 seconds and ~10 minutes). The timer and/or moisture countdown, according to the LED screen, progresses normally up until the machine powers off (i.e., the timer doesn't appear to be jumping from 45 mins to 1 min in an unusually short period of time). It's NOT as if the cycle was paused. I can power the machine back on pretty much immediately (sometimes it takes 2 seconds) and start another cycle, but it has no memory of where it left off. It does not have an issue heating up. This occurs when exclusively using the timer AND when exclusively using the moisture sensor, which leads me to think neither of those is the cause of the problem. It occurs when using high heat and when using extra low heat (I have not yet done enough tests to determine whether the heat setting is correlated with the time to failure, but if it is it isn't obvious). The door switch feels normal to me, but intentionally opening the door mid-cycle causes the cycle to 'pause' which is not the symptom I am experiencing. I do not hear any buzzing or humming noises. I have unplugged the unit and plugged it back in after several minutes. The lint trap is empty but I have not yet taken apart the machine or vent to the outside. On the topic of whether it could be overheating: Many years ago, I replaced a thermal limit switch (a pipe connection was loose inside the dryer enabling lint to blow onto the heater) because the switch did not automatically reset itself; when that happened the dryer could run but not heat. Perhaps this dryer ALSO has thermal limit switches that reset themselves automatically when the parts cool (?), but I'm not convinced the dryer is overheating because 1) I'm able to restart it right away, 2) there are no errors codes, 3) the dryer has no issue heating up when I restart it, and 4) in the past, tripping the thermal limit switch did not cause the dryer to 'power off'— is that a valid line of reasoning? When I look up 'dryer shutting off mid-cycle' it appears that most people are discussing the dryer 'pausing' or 'ending' the cycle (rather than powering off entirely). Aside from a faulty on/off switch or control board, are there any other parts that could cause this set of symptoms? Is there a switch that causes the machine to power off if airflow is obstructed but the machine is NOT overheating? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Kenmore Elite dryer: Dryer keeps telling me to check vent but it's squeaky clean!

So I have a Kenmore Elite dryer that keeps ending the cycle after 5-10 minutes, giving me a blinking light on "check vent." I have completely taken apart the exhaust, thoroughly cleaned it, and put it back together. I have also snaked the lint trap and exhaust line forwards and backwards with a spinning brush and shop vac. The vent is clean as can be, so something else is wrong.

Do you know how I can resolve this or at least what to do next for troubleshooting? I was suspecting I might need to replace the motherboard but I would hate to do that just to find out I still have a smaller, cheaper part that is causing the problem.

Kenmore Elite dryer: No power at control panel

I have a Kenmore Elite Smartheat Quietpak 9 that has no power. The door light comes on, but nothing else works, I hear the relay click on the main board when the door opens and closes as well. So far I’ve tested the thermal fuse, the resistor, the main coil, the door switch, both thermostats, and the belt tension switch. Everything has tested out good. I checked for power at the outlet, I checked the power cord itself for resistance across each wire, everything is good. As a result of my findings, I replaced the main control panel and the control panel for the display in conjunction with each other, figuring that was all that would be left.

Note: prior to this issue I had bad rollers and I replaced those, the belt, and tensioner. I tested the dryer and it worked fine, the next day, I had this concern.

After replacing both control panels, I have the same symptoms. Door light comes on, no power at panel, no beeps, nothing. I am at a loss, I don’t know what else to replace or test, I don’t usually get to this point but this thing is kicking my butt. Haven’t done laundry at home in two weeks now, need a fix asap please.

Checked fuses and flame sensor with a multimeter and cleaned the exhaust vent (easily got enough lent out to say it was likely part of the initial problem of no heat). The status indicators have dry continuously flashing and cooling stays lit.
Kenmore Elite dryer: Replaced Control board to address f01 now getting f70 new new board

I have a Kenmore Elite H5 dryer. The original issue was it work sometimes stop during the cycle or sometimes not starting displaying F01, but I could eventually get it started. After researching I was told to check the main control board and I discovered burnt solder posts on the bottom of the board. I order a replacement from amazon and installed it but when installed I never could get the dryer to turn on and it would display f70. I replaced it with the original board(with the burnt solder posts) and I could at least get it to start and do some laundry. Thinking I got a bad board I returned it and got a second board, but it did the same thing. Again the original board at least turns on. Any ideas what might be causing the f70 issue. I'm thinking it might be an issue with the motor control board underneath, but I want a second opinion before I buy anything else.

I have a Kenmore model 592-89032. The problem I have with my dryer is that it doesn't turn on at all (the display doesn't show anything after pressing the ON button), but it gets power, and the door lamp turns on and off.

At first, it kept stopping mid cycle, showing an FE error code, and not turning ON after that for a while, but it responded when I was pressing the ON button. Recently, this solution didn't work anymore. I checked all the thermofuses and sensors, and they all seem to be working. I think I should check the main board, but I have no idea where to start. (FYI, the 592 models are made by Samsung, and for finding the parts, you better search for Samsung dryer parts, not Kenmore.) Any clue on that?
