I just replaced my water supply line between the control valve and water filter on my Kenmore Elite refrigerator. I have good pressure and can dispense water with no problem. However, no water is dispensing to the ice maker. It worked fine before replacing the water line, and the ice maker is turned on. What could the problem be?

Kenmore Elite Refrigerator: Ice works, Water dispenser doesnt

So after my kitchen reno I pushed my fridge back in and the lights on the water dispenser were off, Water wont come out anymore. The ice maker still works but no lights/water. I did test the GFCI line going to the circuit of the fridge before this happened. Not sure if that has anything to do with it, turning off. Everything else still works with it.

Anyone come up with a fix to this problem of Freezer not getting cold enough to make ice or freeze ice cream? I have a Kemore Elite model 795.71063.010. I removed the cover off the back and cleaned the coils and fan. The fan is working. The refrigerator is cold. The freezer is at around 26-36 degrees.

Ice maker tray will not dump. Reset button works and water fills and freezes. We have had 2 new ice makers installed but we still have the same problem. What tells the tray it is time to dump the ice?

kenmore elite refrigerator: Freezer complete defrost then freezes again every few days

I have a Kenmore elite model# 795.71032.010 with the bottom freezer. Every few days, the freezer defrosts to the point that all the ice cubes melt then starts working again.

The coils are clean. The freezer and refrigerator blowers are working. The defrost sensors show continuity. What might the problem be? How would I troubleshoot?

Kenmore Elite Refrigerator: Kenmore Elite Refrigerator not getting cold enough

I have a Kenmore Elite Refrigerator (795.72489.410) that is not getting cold enough. Fridge compartments are set to 37 but will range from 45-50 with humidity around 80. Freezer is set to 0 and will generally hang around 14 but I’ve seen as high as 30 (perhaps a defrost cycle?). I used a temperature logger to gather this data.

I’ve confirmed the compressor evaporator fan and the condenser fans are running. The compressor turns on but never turns off (I assume because it doesn’t get to temperature. The compressor is an LG FLB075LANA and is less than 5 years old. The Condenser coils were cleaned about 2 months ago, before this issue started. I’ve cleaned them again just to make sure.

Thank you for taking the time to read through this. I assume the issue is either the compressor or refrigerant leak but I’m looking for feedback on what the my best route is to take.

Kenmore Elite Refrigerator: Why is there ice on the bottom and back of the refrigerator section?

Freezer, ice maker and fridge all work fine. The back panel of the fridge section has ice behind it, and then builds up on the floor of the fridge section, which is directly over the freezer. It has to be defrosted every 3-4 months.
