can select whitest/whites if holding whites button down you could hold heavy duty before but know whites only

Hello everyone, I have a Kenmore Elite He3 washing machine that we've had for years and it is now making a loud knocking noise when it spins. I took the back off of the washer and took a quick video of the noise its making when its spinning. If you can check out the video I manually spin the drive pulley with the wash back off and you can here the knocking noise it makes when it spins. Is this the bearing or something else? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Bedding was in washer. Started to spin then became unbalanced and started to bang/walk. As I got to machine the door popped open and machine turned off. Now I can't get the door to shut as the lock seems engaged. Tried various ways to get it to unlock via the control panel but so far no luck. Ideas?

I have a kenmore elite washer.. couple weeks ago stop working.....I just replace board but you can only hear the sound when you press the power button .. also there is no lights on the front control.

when set to cold wash, my washer delivers cold AND hot water at the same time.

*inlet screens are clean.

*hoses are connected correctly (hot to hot, cold to cold)

*water inlet valve replaced May 2021 (old one was leaky)
