i have karbonn sparkle v handset. I updated it to marshmallow. that was long time ago. but recently i faced some hanging issue. now my handset do not take boot or start. what should i do?

FRONT CAMERA SAYS THAT can not connect to camera ,please check whether other application running in the background are using camera(such as flashlight),close it and try again.
