I forgot my password to login and want to know how to factory reset If I disassemble it will it automatically reset or once I reassemble it it will have the same information I can’t remember my password or any information we have had it in the closet and haven’t used it in our trying to log back into it and can’t remember the information is it possible to factory reset it or disassemble it to where we can reassemble it and it be reset again

Kano Computer Kit Touch: Power Jack pin is bent upward inside.

I bent the pin down and the black plastic housing around got cracked and half of it came out. It should look similar as another jack next to it. Where do I get the part? How do I replace it?
