We have a Sony Bravia smart TV Product no: (kdl50w800c). The issue is that the LCD panel turns off (More like fades off in 3-4 seconds) after couple of minutes of turning it on; but the sound remains alright. Tried fixes:

  • 60 seconds unplug and plug reset
  • Factory reset
  • Cleaning the dust off the board and testing

No luck yet. Any help is appreciated.
