JuiceBox EVSE: Connector to car won't "click" in all the way

I cannot see anything wrong with the connector itself, but when I plug it in to my 2019 Bolt, it won't trigger the metal plate to come all the way down. I'm using other chargers with no problem. Currently using the level 1 charger that came with the car to keep a charge. I suspect I may have to replace the cable/connector but would love some guidance before I go spend $200 on a guess. @falconfour - I hear your the guy to talk to.

JuiceBox EVSE: JuiceBox Pro 40 from 2016 emitting six beeps

I have a JuiceBox Pro 40, PCB 8.14.1, Manufactured June 24 2016. It is emitting 6 beeps repeatedly. For a while it took about a minute after plugging in my Leaf for it to start charging. Now it has stopped charging and is emitting 6 beeps after powering it on, pauses and then repeats.

According to

https://support-emobility.enelx.com/hc/e...

this error is:

"This error is an internal system fault - usually related to pilot
signal generation. Check that your control pilot (CP) signal pin isn't
shorted. Contact Support if this code persists."

I have the box open and see where the small wire from the J1772 plug goes to the circuit board. I don't see any burned out components yet.

Any ideas of how to try to repair this?

JuiceBox EVSE: EnelX Desupport of Homechargers as of 10/11/2024

Is there a procedure to locally connect to already network connected home chargers that will allow us to change the AMP draw rating from a WIN or such PC? i.e. my 40 amp rated EnelX Juicebox charger is set to 24 right now but I may ahve a need to make it 40 again if it is placed on a 50amp circuit. But as of 10/11/2024 the app configurator is going away and desupported leaving me with the choice to put it back to 40amp or leave it at 24amp making it a dump charger. I would like to be able to adjust the AMP rating in the future up or down.
