Hello sometimes when i reciving calls my phone shuts off. Propably something with proximity sensor.

I was in an emergency situation where i needed to charge my smartphone and i only have a broken usb wire and a mirco usb conncetor. I connected the positive and negitive wires to the pins on microusb connector. it worked fine for a few seconds but unluckily the positive wire slipped and connected to one of data pins. The phone turned off. Now as soon as i insert the battery the phone blinks every time i press power buttton and led light turns on or blink in 2 different colors.

I need to ask what parts could possibly be damaged or how can i check the damaged part as i cant sent it back to china to repair and prefer to order the damaged part instead.?

Hi my ex phone (jiayu s3 3gb) that now belongs to my brother is stuck on boot loop It is running on the RC4 ROM (5.1) what you recomend me to do reinstal the ROM or is it past the point of that? thanks Jaxon

JIAYU F1: I can't start using my Jiajyu G5

I didn't use my phone for the last 1year. I was off it and put it. And now I wanted to use it, but it can charge, and show the % and the light on and the phone name Jiayu came on the screen . But it won't start up won't off. I must to take it out the battery to off it. Otherwise I can't off it by pressing the power button.

I tried to start up by pressing the power button and volume down holding for 30 sec. and more. I tried that many times but it won't help.

I tried that I don't know what else to do.

That's why I came to you.

I hope my question is clear.

Please, stop asking useless questions if you can just try to help me!
