Jbl Tune 225TWS: My jbl buds was not turning it's blutooth

After I fully charged even though it's not showing up in my bluetooth list. May be it does not on its own bluetooth

The left earbud won't charge I think it's because the charging pin of the case got pushed back into the case (I have a ghost case an can clearly see the charging part is tilted) does anyone know how to fix this
