Hi,

My Jabra Move is not producing any sound when in wireless mode (not even guidance voice). What’s wrong? Are there anything I can check on?

if I used wired mode, then the sound can be heard.

Hi everyone I have a Jabra talk 45 and when I disconnect the charging cable from the device, the red charging light remains on. Does anyone have a solution here?

Jabra Move Wireless: On/Off switch not working

I have this great set of earphones since 2016, however in the past one year, the On/Off switch isn’t working - I can turn it on, but it cannot be switched off. The green light stays on and the battery will just drain by itself. So each time I need to use it, I’ll have to charge it and let it die by itself after it’s run out of juice.

Can anyone advise what to do?

Hi, my left speaker is loosing up form the headband. I cannot find any screw to tighten it up and I don't want to mess the head cushion.

After dropping the headset from my desk the power switch stopped working (headset won't turn on) but it still works with the cable and when I plug in a charger the battery light comes on. Could it be a problem with the power switch? If so, is it an easily replaceable part?
