Jabra Evolve 75 Headset: Does anyone know how to repair the mic?

Hi everyone

I have two Jabra Evolve 75 headsets, both with the same problem: The mic is not working anymore.

I suspect that after being raised and dropped X-many times a wire got loose inside but I can't find anyone brave enough who would open the headset and check if that is actually true.

I am super happy with this headsets and I really don't want to spend 300€ for new ones. Everything else is working perfectly, except the mic.

I hope there is someone who can help me out.

jabra elite active 65t: earbuds not charging in case

My jabra earbuds have suddenly started to not hold a charge.

They were aupposed to be charged by the case, but this not happens, even with the charger connected to the wall.

They only charge to some 20% and then stop. Which ia like 30 mins of use.

When I put them in the case a led should flash according with a color according to how much charge is left (red green yellow), this doesn't happen.

As well, the external led on the case should indicate the charge left in the case, it only flashes green.

(Only purple, when I tried changing the system language to make a firmware update, which did not solve the problem)

I tried resetting the buds, resetting the charger, changing the charger cable and checking voltage, all was suggested by jabra support.

Do you have any other suggestion, other than replacing the charger?

Thanks,

Jabra Headphone: How to disassemble right Jabra 75t earbud

Greetings!

I have a pair of Jabra 75t Active wireless earbuds that I've had long enough for the warranty to expire. They are quite nice, I hate to waste and they are likely not really broken. The problem is that there is almost no sound coming out of the right earbud, you can just barely hear sound coming through it when in use. My guess there is some gunk/lint stuck in them and so it should be an easy fix, provided i can get the dang thing open. Note, I've already tried cleaning it as best I can and I've contacted Jabra support who couldn't help either.

I've also tried using the smallest flat-head screwdriver in my kit to try and pry it apart but that just resulted in me scratching the plastic. It does not seem to give anywhere and I'm not sure where to start or what technique to use.

Can someone please help me by explaining how I can open this kind of product? Any alternative solution to my problem would also be most welcome.

Thank you kindly!

Jabra Elite 85h: Why is audio from my 3.5mm jack cutting in and out on my left speaker?

Over the last few years of using this pair of headphones (which i love), i've noticed that the wired connection i usually use has started to fail, noticably in the left speaker. I have no issues with bluetooth playback and have ruled out the possibility of a broken speaker. The 3.5mm cable I use functions perfectly with other devices so my next logical thought was the 3.5mm adapter on the right headphone. Is there any documented issues with this part of the headphones and are there any quick fixes i can do to get the jack working again?
