I purchased it used from a place in Stockton, Missouri. The box does not have a label indicating the IMEI either. I am willing to brave disassembly if the IMEI can be found in the back. There is no reference AT ALL available regarding it within the manual either. I am furious because I am unable to add the device to my carrier to use for streaming. Guidance from you would ve greatly appreciated. Now I suspect was stolen device wiped clean and pawned.

The battery say 100% put if I unplug it go off. Please help if you can. I reset it to factory startup but it still will not run more than a minute.
