I own a pair of JBL Tune 500bt headphones. But after using them for 5-6 months the left side stopped working. Sound only comes out from the right side only. What is the cause and the solution for this problem??

Hi, so today i got my headphones they were used and they were working fine but, they dont want to charge sometimes and dont want to turn on sometimes. I charged them for 3 hours and they didnt work like they were empty out of battery. Can somebody help ? Please.

When the left side of the headphone stopped working I tapped on it again and again , it has started again but it seems to be playing at a lower volume than the right side . I think it's a loose connection of some sort and needed help in opening it up and checking on the problem
