JBL Tune Buds: My left headphone has a volume issue.

I’ve tried a lot of the online solutions such as dipping it in alcohol, Reseting them, etc. The problem is the left one sounds far away despite the volume level. When i first connect then to my phone I can hear fine but within 5 mins it dips down and doesn’t go back to normal. Does anybody have this problem or know how to fix it?

JBL Tune Buds: Is the case able to be opened?

From my preliminary attempts, it appears that the guts of the case are unable to be accessed. If it is glue holding it in, I haven't been able to soften this glue with an iOpener and don't have a heating pad to use. If it is held in with tremendous amounts of friction, I don't think its able to be opened without hurting it
