whenever i turn on ANC mode, theres static noises in my left earcup. when its not on ANC mode, threres no such noises.

JBL Tune 760NC: jbl tune 760nc headphones broken hinge and charging problem

The hinge of my JBL Tune 760NC broke all of a sudden, just the at the part that holds the right ear pad. I also can’t find any screws to even use to open amd fix the device too.

This led to non-usage for a while. An attempt to even charge the device has also not worked with the device charging light not coming up. I have to fiddle with this for about a hour to even see the light flicker unexpectedly.

Kindly help with how to go about fixing this.

Hello,

I have finally found my JBL headphones again after almost a year of it under my bed in hiding. I was searching for a long time and was considering getting new headphones until I finally found it.

However, they didn't work before when it was charging. Tonight, Mom tried to get it fixed, as the headphones were showing a blue light. But when the headphones enter pairing mode, they shut down almost immediately afterwards.

I'm starting to worry if the headphones are toast. The headphones have been collecting dust for the entire time they were under there, and the current issues my Mom is pointing at here is the charger, or my tablet (she says I have multiple things open, I only have one tab as I'm typing this).

So are these headphones still useable?
