Unplugged it, turned it on, nothing happened.

Plug it back in and now even the charger light won't come on.

My borrowed JBL PULSE 4 works fine, adding the use of JBL Portable app to customize lightings etc. But I had a problem after the software update of the JBL Pulse 4 using the app, after the update was completed, the speaker won't turn on anymore, neither is charging, it doesn't respond to anything, completely nothing works. The app JBL Portable, broke my borrowed speaker because of the software update it showed on the app. Please help, is there any ways? 😭😭😭

It was working a while ago and before the sound stopped working, all it said was 0362 or something close to that. When the party link is enabled, the flashing stops but resumes when disabled. Don't really have any ideas on what the issue is aside from the battery, a connection is loose or the speakers died.
