Hi Guys,

Have a YTL bluetooth speaker (not JBL but couldn't find YTL so selected that) thats not charging, so am going to replace it but can not find it.

Cant seem to find this usb micro type b connector anywhere. it has 5 longer pins with 4 through hole near the front on the sides. Then just slightly behind the pins is two black plastic nipples.

Attached is a photo of the same style pcb and what it looks like. Help would be appreciated with a part number or style name so I can find it on digikey.

Please have a look at attached photo and space on PCB for type b micro connector and recommend which exactly it is. I have a couple but none of them fit in the space and none of them have the black nipples on each side of the pins like on PCB

Attached are also close up photos of original part.

Please pay attention to the little black nipples circled in red bellow

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have tried multiple chargers and it won't charge, but when its plugged in, a faint blue light appears. It doesn't charge or turn on. What could be the issue and is it easily fixable?

Hi, so my JBL pulse 3 accidentally got left in the rain. It’s supposed to be waterproof but now it’s glitching. It turned on for a second and was skipping and flashing lights really fast but just on one side. And then I charged it and now it won’t turn on at all. please help!!

Good evening everyone!

I just purchased my JBL Pulse 3 and realised when my iPhone screen is locked and I’m listening to some music, it triggers the Pulse 3 pink lights like if I was turning the volume up/down.

That doesn’t seem to happen when my phone is unlocked. I tried reseting my JBL but it did nothing. Does anyone know if it’s a glitch? How can I fix it? Thank you.

I change my jbl pulse 3 battery and when i pull the cover too hard i think i hit something inside its like a little chip that remove and now the lights its not working anymore if i use soldering iron and put it back it will work?

I was using it earlier and I turned it off. Now it won’t power back on. I plugged it in to charge and that lit up the battery indicator so I unplugged it thinking it’s all good but it still won’t power on. The battery indicator stayed on now but nothing, no response.
