JBL PartyBox On-The-Go: My JBL party box on the go will not turn on or charge when plugged

My device will not turn on when it's plugged into the wall. It is receiving no power at all when plugged in and the battery will not charge at all as well. I'm not sure exactly what to do to get it fixed or if there is a place where I can buy replacement parts to attempt a repair. Can anyone help me?

I have performed the reset I found on youtube, I bought a new charging cable. it still will not charge. it works while plugged in though. is there a way to have the battery replaced, or replace it myself?

When I plug my speaker the power button turn orange and it’s not showing that is charging. When I unplug it, it just disappeared. I tried everything! I think that maybe it might be the battery. Can you help me? thanks!
