JBL PartyBox 300: Why is it not charging?

When I plug in to charge it doesn't show that it's charge, no charging light nothing. Please Help.

JBL PartyBox 300: Power Button is staying an Amber Red with plug and without

[While pressing the power button it will not switch over to the white and show the battery level. Even if you reset the speaker the power button will go dark, then when plugging back in the power button goes back to amber red. Also will not even show charging. Even if you don't plug in and press the power button it goes to Amber color.

Yes Battery is good and I even swapped out for a new one and same results.

JBL PartyBox 300: JBL Partybox 300 charging issue.

When I plug in my JBL Partybox 300, it shows that it is charging but actually it is in the same state forever and not even increasing a single bar of battery. In short it is not charging the battery. Please help

JBL PartyBox 300: No sound or Bluetooth

When I power on my JBL Partybox 300, it starts up but there’s no sound. I can turn on the lights and the bass boost, and everything else seems to work normally. Unfortunately, I can’t turn on the Bluetooth.

I’ve tried hard resetting the Partybox and even updating the firmware, but that didn’t fix the issue.

I also replaced both ribbon cables for the button control PCBs, since they were damaged, but that didn’t solve the problem either. It seems like there might be an issue with the mainboard. I’m wondering if anyone has encountered the same problem and maybe knows where to look, because I took out the mainboard and didn’t see any obvious damage.

I don’t think there’s an issue with the power supply, since it charges the battery and the box powers on even without the battery connected.

If anyone thinks they can help or has a possible solution, I’d really appreciate it!
