headphones will no longer charge. 2 days earlier started having trouble with them not turning on at all. now they are totally dead. purchased July 2019. Not too happy

JBL E45BT: replacement parts for broken flexible joint?

Unfortunetly, the flexible joint between the bracket and the earpads is broken. I could fix it with a tape, but this is a disapointing workaround. Is it possible to get replacement parts for it?

JBL E45BT: Left side of JBL Headphones doesnt work/works again

Hi everyone, my JBL Bluetooth headphones' left side stopped working suddenly. I purchased these 3 months back. Havent dropped them, bent them, etc.

The left side stopped working but then started working again if I gave the headphones a slight tap on the left side of the bridge/ear cup. However, since a few days this solution stopped working too. The other day I was looking for solutions on the internet and a YouTube video had like real bad audio so I had to turn the volume all the way up and VOILA! The left side works again. Now this is happening everytime. The problem exists in both wired/wireless(Bluetooth) modes.

The left side doesn't work initially
I maximize the volume on any loud song.
Left side starts working again albeit a bit slower than the right one.
Repeat 1-2-3
Can anyone tell me what the problem might be and how can it be fixed? Can I do it on my own? I can't really afford to buy new ones so will have to do away with trying to fix these ones. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

JBL E45BT: How can I replace the headband wire?

My headphone stopped working on the left side, and only works sometimes when the cable is flexed at the hinge, so I guess it would be ideal if I replaced the headband wire, but, how do I open the headband? It’s covered in a textile material that looks like a fabric.

I’ve already opened up the cups, but I guess I’ll have to replace that wire (that contains 6 wires inside).

So i dropped my headset and i didnt see anything wrong with it untill i tried to turn it off.

it seems to power button got stuck and cant fully move to the top, so i want to open it to see how but i cant seem to find anything on youtube and i cant seem to figure it out myself.

if anybody can help me that would be nice.

JBL E45BT: Why do my JBL E45BT wireless headphone keep having short little pauses

Whenever I play anything my headphones will act like normal than just stop whatever I’m playing for just 0.5 to 1 second and then continues to play but then does it again 8 seconds later. Any suggestions?

hey, i used my headphones as usual in the morning, turned them of, after 1 hour when i wanted to use them again i could not pair it with the phone. i erased all the bluetooth pairs from the phone but now the JBL E45BT name won’t appear in the pairing list. what to do? it turns on as usual,blinking and stuff but the name won’t appear. it’s fully charged. been trying to figure smth out whole day. please helppp

JBL E45BT: Why does audio not work on right side when using jack?

When the audio is being output via bluetooth, the sound comes from both sides and is very clear. When I try to use it with the provided cord, the right side does not produce sound and the left is significantly quieter.

I need help because my e45bt have been broken for a while now but i want them to work again they charge fine and with the JBL charger like the red light turns on and all the 3.5mm jack in the headphones work like i hear sound from both sides but when I try to turn on the headphones they just won't turn on not even a white or blue light i have taken them apart to see if there was something wrong with them but i couldn't see anything broken or burnt

Hello there,

I’ve bought these headphones a year ago and it started having cracking noises after 2 months of usage. When I connect them with audio cable, they work perfectly, however, when I turn the bluetooth on, weird noises start. I had a replacement unit and the same thing happened again, but even worse. I’ve been using them for 2 weeks and when it came to charging, I wasn’t able to charge them up. When I try to turn them on, cracking noises again, however, once they’re connected with audio cable, everything works normally, so I came up with the answer - battery. Can I replace it somehow?

The left side of my jbl headphones is quieter after a fall...but when using the headphones.....when i apply pressure on the left earcups ..louder sound is heard than when not applying pressure...what can i do to fix this??
