JBL Charge 5: Not holding charge. Might need a new motherboard?

Anybody know where I can buy a new motherboard for my JBL Charge 5? I've been having issues with the battery not holding charge (which I've replaced and it still won't go past 60% plus drains quickly.) My guess is that this is my next logical step bar buying a new speaker altogether, guess it depends on how much a motherboard is. Thanks in advance for any and all help.

JBL Charge 5: Woofer not playing when the copper wire touching the spider is moved

I got charge 5 a year ago and it sounded perfect with no flaws. However, after numerous usage, the speaker started to make a cracking sound and in the end, no bass came from the woofer side. I took apart the speaker and saw the woofer had 2 copper wires touching the spider. moving the top wire (when the speaker is upright and the woofer is facing you) seemed to help minimise the cracking a little bit. I tested to move the wire closer to the spider and further away from the spider, both yielding the same result of fixing the cracking noise issue.

May I ask if the wire is supposed to be closer towards the spider or further away? Is there a wire connection issue with this? I use it mainly on outdoor so im blasting around 60% loudness most of the time.
