Hi, I really enjoyed JBL charge, but yesterday it stopped working. When I press or hold "Power" button I have no response from the device. If I connect it to the charger then battery indicators are turning blue. If I press the "Power" button it starts as usual, but no sound on start (no sounds at all from the device). I can pair my phone or laptop, but still no sound from the device (JBL). After a few minutes the device is turning off and only the first battery indicator is flashing red. I think this is something with the battery, because without charger it's completly dead. Maybe I can reset it in some way?

Please help me to fix it. Thank you.

The last year I bought this product, the JBL Charge it's amazing and very useful!

But the last month, it started to habe some problems...

First of all, the Bluetooth conection doesn't work... I can't anymore conect my cell phone or any other thing by a Bluetooth conection.

Second, I don't why, but when I turn it on, like 20 seconds after it turns like "off" but still working, because I plug a AUX with my cell phone and I hear my songs, but it doesn't have the same quality that used to have...

Please I need your help! What can I do?

Where I can sent it to make it repair?

I'm from Paraguay, my name is Matias and I'm 18 actually...

It actually fell into a hot tub. I would like to know how I can determine what component are bad. It will not power up or change . I have volt meters, to do any testing I might need to do. Or should I just replace the battery. Any advice that will help will be much appreciated.

Friends, you brought me this JBL flip5-V3 speaker. Your problem is that it doesn't sound, it connects well via Bluetooth, and turns on the lights, the battery gives 3.65 V. I tested the horn with another circuit and it sounds fine.

So I have the original Jbl charge, and I was listening to music on it because it’s a speaker. Then, it just stopped. I pressed the power on button and it connected again. But after half a second, it disconnected. I repeated this about 4-5 times then I factory reset it. So your probably going, “yeah now what. You reset it.” I thought the same, so I pushed the power button and the battery led indicators and home button lit up in a sequence. I tried everything but I think it’s bricked.

My speaker is charged, Bluetooth on, the on button lights up and I get the Bluetooth connection beep and then nothing happens. I've tried it while connected to Pandora and then that stops playing on my phone. Not good with tech stuff and this is frustrating.
