So I’ve recently got an Instax Mini 90 Neo Classic and I got it in a pack (which had the camera straps and 3 packs of 10 of film). I used the film and I took a photo and it printed out with these purple dots.

I’ve cleaned the lens and the two holes near the lens (I forgot what those are called). I took another photo yet it still had the purple dots.

I don’t know if it is the film causing the problem or the actual camera itself. If anyone has been through this problem before and knows how to fix it or has an answer, please tell me.

Hello guys.

I was using my camera when it suddenly it stopped working. I thought it was just the battery and didn't give much attention to it. I forgot it at a friend's house and only got it back a few months later and even after recharging the battery, it still didn't power on. I thought it could be a dead battery, so I bought a new one. Didn't work.

Battery charger seems to be working just fine (or the lights are, at least), but the camera simply won't turn on. When I try to turn it on, a small dash blinks once on the LCD, but no error message or anything. It just doesn't work.

Anyone knows what it could be? I couldn't find a single thing online. Any tips would be helpful.

I recently bought this camera but today when I tried to take a selfie,it slipped through my hand.When I quickly picked it up,all the films started coming out one by one! I tried to stop it and lock the back film door or lid * but it wouldn't close.So I had to remove my films.But it still won't close.When I turned on the power button,the lens pops out like normal but my back film door won't close.So please tell me what should I do? Should I take it to Best Buy to fix it?

So my camera is locked with the lens out. It refuses to turn on. I tried new batteries, recharged batteries, the camera shows that the battery is working but won’t turn on. How can I rebut or force a turn on or the lens back inside?

Trying to replace the gears in my instax mini 90 since the teeth broke. Does anyone have a parts list or a repair manual that lists what parts go into it? I'm trying to figure out what these three gears are called! Or if yall understand how to shop for gears, any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Instax Mini 90 Repair: Instax Mini 90 Neo Classic is Draining Its Li-Ion Battery(ies)

We have and love the Mini 90 Neo Classic. Unfortunately, it's started eating batteries and can't figure out why or how to diagnose and fix.

Here's what went down: went on vacation and forgot the Li-Ion charger. When the battery died, I bought an aftermarket charger that swelled and destroyed the original battery. Ordered off brand replacement batteries off of Amazon. They powered the camera on, but would die within hours if left in the camera whether camera was on or off. Ordered 2 legit Fuji batteries and same thing.

So, it's the camera. Seems that a rare few have had this issue, but I haven't found anyone who has found a solution. Needless to say, the fiance is quite displeased about this 😬 Happy to tear into, but need to know what I'm looking for first.

Hello! I have one of these that I bought ages ago but dropped and it broke the pointy piece on the door that allows it to latch shut (so you can't lock the film door). I also bought another one for parts multiple years ago (I have a hard time getting around to projects hahaha) that has a good door but I don't really see how to remove and replace it. Anyone have any experience fixing these cameras? Thank you!
