<![CDATA[iFixit - Answers With Device "Insta360 X3"]]> https://www.ifixit.com/Answers/Device/Insta360_X3/All?rss=yes en-US Tue, 07 Apr 2026 22:25:37 -0700 <![CDATA[Insta360 X3: Black screen blue light]]> Late last year after a full day of recording on my motorbike I didn’t use/touch my insta for a few days yet when I came to edit the videos I was met with a blue light and black screen.

And was informed my instas customer service that it sounds like a firmware problem as it wouldn’t do anything when connected to power and no battery and that I should send it back to clarify and as it’s not in warranty I wouldn’t be getting it back.

So has anyone else had this or anyway of fixing it?

I changed many chargers but it happens always. What can I do
