Inspiron 3593: Sometimes boots, sometimes doesn't.

Sometimes when I boot into bios then exit it works. This only sometimes works and sometimes I am unable to boot into BIOS altogether. I have done a full hardware test in the F12 diagnostics menu and that came up clear.

I believe this started when I changed the RAM sticks for new ones. However, when I replaced the sticks with the original ones, this still happens. I have checked for loose internal connections too, finding none.

I have reseated the ram, swapped their slots, still to find nothing.

An answer would be appreciated, thanks!

my laptop works for 15-20 mins then it turns off and give a beep sound continously and after that it doesnt turns on .
