I can't see the wifi or other internet options to connect with and the network adopter is not showing anything in this case.

Inspiron 15 3567: Battery not charging when plug

My Dell laptop battery was not charging which was later discovered that power is not going to the battery from the motherboard. AC adapter and charging port was all good. When the laptop is plug there is no power going to the battery terminals on the motherboard. The second problem is the laptop now boots into diagnosis each time I press the power button. Please can someone help me.
