Inline Skates: How do I replace a broken ankle support strap

The plastic strap for the ankle support broke on both skates. How do I fix/replace this?

Inline Skates: Missing a part, for No fear 254157. Don't know what it's called.

Looking for a rectangular metal piece, with a whole in it, that has a thread to hold a flat screw in place. The screw goes from the bottom, inside of the boot, to the out side of the boots base. The missing metal plate with the whole in it, sits inside the plastic wheel bracket holding the screw still. It helps to fit the wheel bracket to the base of the Inline skate model = 254157 No Fear skate.

Do you have this? Or how can I get this piece? I can also send a picture of the piece from the other boot if needed? Please can you help!

The skate is adjustable and the clip that holds the brake in broke off
