When I start using my phone after sometimes it's touch starts working itself and I press power button and then it works well for a few minutes.

I switched off my phone at 17% at 10:49pm yesterday night being a Friday.

I woke up at 15 minutes to 6 the next day and I tried switching it on and it wasn't responding,I tried charging it as well and it still didn't work out... despite it being a new phone... please help out 🤲

I have infinix hot 10s and recently I noticed that after giving 5-6 hours in charging it 100% it only last for 1.5 to 2 h. And also it get re-start on it's on multiple time in a row without taking a pause of even 1 sec making it hard even impossible to use. It's also sometimes get switched off on it's own after just 1/2 an hour of full charge, get switched off on ~40 to 50% and when I try to get it on it shows 0%.

i got the display changed recently due to it getting cracked in a road accident and completely blacking out. i went to do the customer care but the fixing price was more than 7k while my phone itself is 19k. i instead went to a trustee repair shop of my city and got the display changed for 3.2k and later on got the charging port changed too cause my phone wasn't charging. now it's not charging again and i can't use it at all.
