Please help me fix my phone, I have this issue with phone connectivity:

The Wi-Fi connections are now strictly 5G, I can't connect to any lower.

I also can't connect to hotspots around me or from my families, it may be connected to only 5G networks... Idk.

Bluetooth also doesn't let me connect with my devices, nor would let it see my paired ones. Bluetooth address also shows unavailable; the Bluetooth toggles also faulty as shown on the video.

I don't know what the cause is but I'm assuming this happened right after the recent internal updates for the phone.

I really need help for this, please.
