Noticed if my hand is covering the fan on the side the grinding noise stops. Would like to get an Idea before taking it apart. Over all it makes perfect ice just the noise is annoying. Thanks

Well, it turns over and makes the noise, but it doesnt make ice. We cleaned the hose, everything external. Nothing. Im assuming its something internal, but nothing is going on, we just replaced it, but were thinking of returning the new one if we absolutely have too. If we can get this fixed it would be 250 saved. Thank you to anyone with ideas or help.
