Hello,

I’m repairing a Ninja Creami device (model NC50X-PW, revision V2.0) that was mistakenly connected to a 220V power source instead of 110V. Several components on the main PCB were damaged — one IC labeled U300 has a cracked case, and another labeled IC3 (likely a voltage regulator) is completely destroyed.

Unfortunately, I don’t have a schematic or BOM for this board. I’ve attached detailed photos of the board and the affected areas. If anyone has worked on this model or can help identify these components, I’d be very grateful.

Thank you in advance!

Ninja Creami: looking to identify a part on the motherboard for creami repair

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to identify a blown optocoupler labeled T107 on the motherboard of a Ninja Creami NC300XX. Unfortunately, the part is completely unreadable due to damage (see image below), and I can't find a schematic or detailed board view online.

Here's a close-up photo of the board:

The optocoupler is marked T107 on the silkscreen.

It's located near components labeled T106, JP15, R1A/B, and T108.

There appears to be corrosion and possibly other heat damage nearby as well.

The unit stopped powering on after a surge, so I'm suspecting this component might be part of the power regulation or feedback loop.

If anyone has a working NC300XX and can check the part number, or if you recognize this board layout from similar devices, I’d really appreciate the help. Thanks
