HyperX Cloud Alpha: Microphone doesn't pick up any sound

I bought a second hand pair of Hyperx Cloud Alpha headphones. First thing that I observed was, the microphone wasn't picking any sound.

I tried different types of solutions online but with no result.

I plugged the microphone directly into the microphone jack and it worked. After that I verified if the microphone line on the cable was continuous, it was.

In the end I took apart the headphones and found this:

There wasn't any resistor where it's showing on the board, the question is, does someone know the value of that resistor?

Or if a dirrect connection will work without affecting the microphone/headphones.

Edit:

These are the photos for the pcb backside:

Kingston HyperX Cloud II: (Wireless) headphones only work out of one ear on laptop.

I have the wireless version of the Hyperx Cloud II headphones. Basically, the sound stopped coming out of the right side of the headphones yesterday. It happened as I was adjusting the volume with the dial on that side. I was listening on my laptop when it happened. I moved to my desktop and tried them, and the sound didn't come out of the right side at first, but after a minute or two, it started working normally. Today, I switched back to my laptop and it only worked out of one side again. I restarted and unplugged the USB driver, which didn't work. I also tried spotify, youtube, and apple books, and the sound issue persisted for all of them. Thanks for the help!

Cloud orbit s: What are my options?

So the headband part which controls the headband size is broken on the left side of the headset

as i understand the little plastic piece that broke off is pushing the grey plastic thingy into the headband. What i thought i could do, is somehow creating a bump out of something on the broken piece, but i don’t know what material i would need for that. So any tips?
