Huawei Y520-U22: Why my Huawei Y520-U22 gets stuck on logo

My Huawei Y520-U22, when am switching it on, it just gets stuck on Logo its keeps blinking and when i am connecting using the USB data Cable to the computer, it is not detecting but it can charge. am not worry about the data inside my phone anymore but i just need my phone work as usual. please let any one help me on this problem and i will be glad. Thanks a lot in advance.PLEASE SOME ANSWERS

Huawei Y520-U22: Restore Factory Settings spoiled my phone. Help?

My Huawei Y520-U22 was working properly but getting the "gaaps.process not working" pop-up. I restored factory settings but the pop-up is still there. Worse yet, I cannot get my phone to go past 'Wi-Fi" while starting up. I The wi-fi is on and connected to my wireless but goes black, then back to Wi-Fi click "next".

Reset from setting doesn’t working . It just restarting when i trying to reset. Also i can’t do factory hard reset because it not entering boot menu. just restarting though a push correct combination of boot menu key.My phone is Huawei y3ii 2016. I tried vol up + power, vol down + power, vol up + home + power. None of these didn’t working.
