hello

i am using huawei y300-0100 , a few days ago when power on my phone after charging it powered on but stuck at the screen logo of huawei .and i am tried to restart with power button it not worked. and this problem is still present. i am unable to use my phone please help what should i do

I have reset everything but it doesn't reset. It won't let me go into my home screen. I just says unfortunately 2D home has stopped then other things pop up that say they have stopped also.

Huawei Y300: Why is my wifi link speed is so slow?

iv'e been trying to download on Google play store, and i cant download anything. I tried to look at my wifi connection and i see that the link speed is 0 mbp/s not even 1 mbp/s, I tried to download from my other device and it's working properly,the link speed is on 54 mbp/s .

Does anyone know what the problem is, and how to fix it?

Hi guys

I am basically using Huawei Y360. Yesterday at home while i was busy transfering music on my phone using my memory card, the window popped up wanted me to format my memory card before in use. So when i was done formating my memory card, i realized that my phone was off. When i switched it on, it didn't want to turn on, when i charge it nothong happens but when i connect my cable on my laptop the is a connection and disconnection sound.

I tried all the solution of Hard resert but nothing.

Can you guys help

after replacing touch screen/digitizer on lenovo a806 to find the screen unresponsive has led me to use my emergency phone..huawei y300..only to find it doesn't acknowledge my sim card tho it has before....obviously this time of year im more than desperate for a working phone so is there anyone that could assist my problem please..thank you (fingers are crossed)

my phone died while i was out and when i came home i left it on charge. when i came back to see if it was okay i tired to turn it on, but it didnt work the logo didnt come up. when i tried to power it on and it didnt vibrate please help i need my phone to work!there is no water damge done to it, i tried the volume up and power botton it wont work, it wont charge, what is wrong with my phone please help!

My phone always turn on for just 40 seconds and then it restart itself..i try change the battery,take it out then reboot,pull out the sim and sd card but still the same..phone can be use if it stay on but not for long it restart itsef again..even after i put battery back in it turn on by itself..please help me..

my phone does not go into deep sleep; in android it shows gio_kp kernel wakelock is keeping it from going into deep sleep. Also volume down button does not work and also some times power button does not work.

The SIM flex got scratched, so it broke two legs of the SIM lines.

This is were it got scratched.

This is the two legs not working.

Please, I need were the two legs were connected to in the board or the traces on the flex itself.
