Huawei Watch GT: Water damage in huawei watch gt

Hi.I bought a huawei watch gt from an official retailer of huawei. The watch was operating correctly until i went for swimming with this. After that i realised that the watch turned off and couldn’t work but the most ridicilous thing is that there were no screws so the water caused damage to the overall device. What can i do now?The device is dry and can not work.Is there anything that can i do with replacing the parts?
