Huawei Watch 2: Why is my Huawei Watch 2 not charging?

When attempting to charge my Huawei Watch 2 an image of white outline of a battery appears on a black background with a white X in the center. Despite attempts to charge the phone over 1-2 hours the image remains and the phone won't power up. Do I need a new battery?

Why can't the heart rate measurement of my watch be used and the data cable can't be transmitted? Is the data chip broken?After disassembling the machine, it was found that the heart rate sensor suddenly failed, and the computer could not transmit data through the data cable.

Huawei Watch 2: How can I take off the sensor from the back plate when opened?

I have to change the backside of my Huawei Watch 2 because of burned out connections for charging.

I opened my Watch 2 and there is a cable going from the mainboard to the sensors of the backplate. I have to take off the sensors from the backplate and have to put it to the new backplate.

But I have no idea how to do it. Mybe with heat? It is very hard do take it off without damage

The instructions say that they are T2 with a length of 4.5 mm. What diameter and pitch are the screws (not the head/bit size). Where can replacement screws with these dimensions be found for purchase. Thanks.
